Ellie Devyatkin
Having grown up in Savannah, GA, Ellie is new to Philadelphia. She became interested in cities and social inequality at a young age, both through traveling to visit family and through volunteering at local elementary schools. During her undergraduate studies at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Ellie discovered urban planning and decided to pursue it as a profession. In Fall 2012, she started in the Master of City Planning program at the University of Pennsylvania, PennDesign, where she is concentrating in community and economic development.
