Eileen Divringi

Eileen is a graduate student in the Master of City Planning program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design. Though born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Eileen first became interested in cities and urban policy during her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. During her time in Michigan, Eileen took an interest in the history and development of the City of Detroit, focusing on issues of racial and economic justice. After working as a community organizer on Detroit's Eastside and a staff member at a coalition of inner-ring Detroit Suburbs, Eileen came to the University of Pennsylvania to continue her studies in community and economic development.
